Shared Mallorcan lunch with wine

Family & group stays

Three generations, one table

12 adults plus babies across the main house and the guest house, with a saltwater pool that starts shallow for the children.

The week

Nobody has to leave the table

Grandparents take the guest house and its own kitchen. The children take the pool. Everyone takes the view. By Wednesday the day has found its shape: a swim before breakfast, the market in Santa Maria, a long lunch, dinner outside as the light goes.

Bring the cousins. Bring the friends who are family. There is room.

Questions people ask

Is the finca good in winter?

Yes. The house is heated, with a fireplace by the long table; four wineries are within ten minutes, and the olive grove, the Tramuntana and the almond blossom are close by. The pool is not heated. Winter at the finca.

What is the minimum stay?

2 nights year-round; 5 nights in July and August and over Christmas and New Year.

How do we book?

Tell us your dates and who is coming and we reply within 24 hours with availability and a proposal. For the whole estate outside July, August, Christmas and New Year, mention it in your enquiry: the main house and the guest house are priced separately.

What is included?

Linen and towels, a welcome basket, a mid-week clean on stays of 7 nights or more, pool and garden care, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The whole estate is yours alone in July, August, Christmas and New Year, or whenever both houses are booked; at other times the guest house may be let to other guests and the pool is shared.

Can you arrange a chef or a nanny?

Yes. Private chefs, babysitters and boat days are arranged on request and billed separately. We don’t arrange transport or bike hire; a hire car from the airport is the easiest way to arrive.

How far is the beach?

20 minutes by car to the nearest coves; 30 to the sand at Alcúdia; 35 to the beach clubs south of Palma.

Is the house suitable for babies and toddlers?

Yes: up to 2 cots and 2 high chairs are available, the pool starts shallow for the little ones, and the ground floor of the main house is step-free.

Tell us the dates and who is coming.

We reply within 24 hours, usually sooner, and we will tell you honestly whether the house is right for it.
