Palma is 25 minutes by car: the cathedral, the old town, the Santa Catalina restaurants, the marina. Guests go in for a morning or an evening and come back to the olives. The airport is on the same road, 20 minutes.
The house itself: 6 bedrooms across two buildings, sleeping 12, a 10-metre saltwater pool, a pizza oven and a fruit garden, on a 7.5 hectare estate. Walk through it, or see when it is free.

- La Seu, the cathedral on the edge of the bay, and the Almudaina Palace beside it.
- The old town: shaded lanes, courtyards and the Arab Baths, on foot in a morning.
- The markets at Santa Catalina and Olivar, for a snack and a look at what the island grows.
- Bellver Castle, a round castle in the pines with a view over the harbour.
- The sea promenade to Portixol and Molinar, past small beaches and fish restaurants.
