A last-minute getaway in Mallorca in winter: how to book a private finca

Can you book a Mallorca finca at short notice in winter? Often, yes. From November to March demand is far lower than in summer, so houses that are booked months ahead in July are frequently free for a weekend or a week at a few days’ notice. At La Casa de los Grandes the minimum stay is two nights outside July, August, Christmas and New Year, and we reply to enquiries within 24 hours.

How to book at short notice

1. Send your dates and the number of people through the enquiry form.
2. We reply within 24 hours with availability and a proposal.
3. Tell us what you need: the house sleeps up to twelve adults in six bedrooms across a main house and a guest house, with up to two baby cots, and pets are welcome.
4. Arrive.. We do not arrange transport, so hire a car at the airport; the drive is about 20 minutes.
