A location for photo, film and product shoots: plaster, stone and olives on a 7.5 hectare estate, 25 minutes from Palma. Booked as a stay, 2 nights minimum.
The light
It moves through the house like a guest
The porch at seven, soft and long. The pool by eleven, hard and bright. The olives from four until golden hour, and the plaster wall on the west side holds the last of it until nine in summer.
The house dresses itself: linen, rattan, clay, stone, nothing that fights a product or a face.

Twelve backdrops in one place
The courtyard, the porch, the long table in the fruit garden, the pool and its steps, the carob tree, the pizza oven, the lavender garden, five bedrooms, the main living room, the dining room, the guest house, the olive trees. A sun-path sheet for each is in the location pack.

Colour against stone
A cushion held up to a lemon tree, a tea towel against a wall the colour of apricots. Product shoots work here because the setting is quiet and the light does the styling.

Lifestyle campaigns have used the pool edge, the long table at sunset and the orange trees as three different sets within a few minutes of each other.

A long lunch, shot as it happens
Painted plates, lemons and a view across the fields. The table is set out on the gravel and the golden hour arrives on schedule.
Portraits
Maternity and family portraits
The house is also a place for portraits: maternity sessions at the pool and among the lavender, with the wooden doors and plaster as the backdrop.

Questions people ask
How is a shoot quoted?
As a stay of 2 nights or more, with the kitchen and parking included; there is no hire by the day. Book both houses for the whole estate. Send the dates and the brief and we reply within 24 hours.
Can we see the location before booking?
Yes: we send the 20-image location pack with sun paths by hour, and recces can be arranged on weekdays.
Can we move furniture or bring set dressing?
Yes, with notice. We ask that nothing is fixed to the plaster and that the house is returned as found.
Are drones allowed?
Over the estate, yes, with a registered operator. The house is outside Palma airport controlled airspace; the location pack has the map.
How far is it from Palma?
25 minutes by car from the centre, 20 from the airport.
