The idea
The best conversations happen away from the usual table
Here the boardroom is the living room, with the doors open to the porch. The break is a swim. The evening is a tasting of four wines grown ten minutes away, and the thing that was stuck on Tuesday is unstuck by Thursday.
12 people, two houses, nothing else on the agenda. Everyone sleeps on site, so the day does not end when the taxis come.
A three-day shape
Arrive Tuesday, leave Friday
Day 1 — in from the airport, check-in at 15:00, an afternoon session, a swim, dinner at the long table.
Day 2 — a morning block, a walk along the lanes, workshops in three groups, the wine tasting at six.
Day 3 — the decisions, a swim, pizza from the oven.
Day 4 — breakfast, check-out by 10:00, flights home.
What we organise
Everything but the agenda
A private chef for every meal, or breakfast on the porch before the first session. A wine tasting at the long table at six, or a morning at two Binissalem cellars. Yoga under the carob tree at seven. A guided hike in the Tramuntana, a boat day from the north coast. A facilitator, if you want one. Tell us what the week is for and we build the rest around it.

Questions people ask
How many people can an offsite host?
12 sleeping on site (13 with the rollaway), and up to 20 during the day by prior arrangement. The rest of a larger team books its own accommodation nearby.
How fast is the Wi-Fi?
300 Mbps fibre, with mesh points on the porch and by the pool. Video calls from the pool are fine, though we would rather you did not.
Is it exclusive use?
When you book both houses, yes: no other guests, no staff beyond the ones you ask for. That is guaranteed in July, August, Christmas and New Year. Outside those weeks, get in touch before booking the whole estate, because the two houses are priced separately and the booking system cannot book them together. Smaller teams can sometimes use the main house only, up to 10 with no outside guests; the guest house may then be booked by others and the pool is shared.
Can you organise the whole thing?
Yes: chef, breakfast, the wine tasting, yoga, a hike, a boat day, and a facilitator if you want one. We do not arrange transport. Or you bring your own agenda and we stay out of the way.
How do we get a quote?
Tell us the team size and the dates. We reply within 24 hours with availability and a full proposal covering the house, the chef and whatever else you would like organised.
When is the house available for offsites?
September to June. July and August are family season and the heat makes afternoons hard work.
