Creators, brands and retreat leaders. If your audience would love the house as much as we do, here is how we work together.
 
The idea
 
## A few, done properly
 
We would rather host four collaborations a year that feel like the house than forty that do not. The ones that work share our taste for light, slowness and the long table, and have an audience that would actually come.
 
Everything below is the high-level version. The detail is agreed in writing, per collaboration, before anyone arrives.
 
## How we work together
 | Who we work with | Travel, interiors, food, wine, wellness and family creators; retreat leaders; brands whose product belongs in a finca like this one. We say yes to a few a year and no, kindly, to most. |
| Hosted stays | Offered in shoulder season (March to June, September to November) and midweek. Peak dates are not available for hosted stays. |
| What we ask in return | An agreed set of deliverables before arrival: typically a mix of posts, stories or reels, a tagged location, and the right to re-share. Numbers and formats are set per collaboration, in writing. |
| Content rights | You keep your work. We ask for permission to use the agreed content on our website, social channels and listings, with credit, for as long as we like. Anything beyond that is negotiated separately. |
| Brand and product shoots | Booked as a stay of two nights or more, with the shoots page as the starting point. Content partnerships can be combined with a hosted stay when the fit is right. |
| Retreat leaders | Retreat leaders who return each year get first call on their dates. |
| Audience | We look at engagement, fit and taste before size. A small audience that would book the house is worth more to us than a large one that would not. |
| How to propose | Send the enquiry below with your channel, audience, the dates you have in mind and what you would make. We reply within a week. |
 
## Questions people ask
 
**Do you offer free stays to influencers?**
 
Occasionally, in shoulder season, to creators whose audience fits the house, against an agreed set of deliverables. Please send a proposal rather than asking for dates.
 
**Can brands shoot at the house?**
 
Yes. Fashion, product and film shoots are booked as a stay of two nights or more; see the shoots page. The house is 25 minutes from Palma and 20 from the airport.
 
**Can we partner on a retreat?**
 
Yes. Retreat leaders who want a recurring home for their programme are the partnership we value most. Tell us the practice, the group and the season.
