Is winter a good time for a retreat or an offsite in Mallorca? For small groups, yes. November to March is mild (daytime highs of roughly 15 to 20°C in the shoulder months, 10 to 16°C in midwinter), quiet, and cheaper to reach. A private finca means the group has the house and grounds to itself, 20 minutes from Palma airport.

## Who uses it in the off-season

- Teams of up to twelve for a planning week, strategy session or an offsite that needs focus rather than a resort.

- Yoga, breathwork and wellness groups who want a calm, off-season venue.

- Cycling camps. Winter is peak training season on the island, and the flat roads of the Pla begin at the gate. See cycling routes.

## What we offer

Two houses and six bedrooms for twelve adults, a dining room and family room for sessions (indoors up to 30), a long table outdoors for lunch on mild days, and a private chef on request. Wi-Fi runs across both houses. Daytime groups of up to 20 can join by prior arrangement. ## Booking
